You make a valid point with this example and it's a shame that some posters in this thread have decided to play the man and label you a downramper.
While DSH has plenty of potential with such a well-known brand name, their retail strategy leaves much to be desired. Small stores (i.e. lack of range compared to competitors) and a perception of high prices mean anything less than outstanding customer service and technical advice will see people shop elsewhere.
Some of the online pricing is decent, but go into a physical store and you'll find that a lot of the product pricing is uncompetitive when compared to their rivals'.
As I said, potential is there but needs the right management and different approach.
