    The value is unbelievable here. Applying a conservative 10x EV/FCF multiple assuming 10m fcf implies a share price of 75 cents.

    10m fcf assumes a 27% fall in NPATA but current guidance is 10%. Payout ratio of 65% so dividend yield of 20% at current prices.

    Sentiment in this sector is so bad right now but that will change.
