You know it is entirely possible that OEX management never actually go to India and this is one carefully orchestrated scam hence the so many disapointments. Most companies eventually catch a break but the news keeps on getting worse.

I was reading that announcement of the new director and all I could think of this is probably one of Ron or Max's friends in the industry lining up for money but won't do anything to bring value to OEX. Also the fact that OEX mentioned the appointment is more about compliance with the Australian corporations law rather than needed to bring in a fresh set of eyes to clean things up.
