I'm really shocked at the quality of rspect for shareholders this company has shown.
This deal has been in the works for so god damn long. It's hard to believe they need more time.
And absolutely disgusting that Antares would not reveal the name as a means of exit for shareholders who don't want to wait any further.
They've given us no date, and I'm convinced Antares is renegotionating the terms of the deal by lowering the price to see this gets over the line. Buyer seems hesitant to say the least.
How long is the extension? Probably the same duration we've already waited. Renewing for the exact same timeline we just waited/endured
