The main problem with wind and sunlight is that they are diffuse & not constant and their electricity output cannot be stored on any large scale. We need to be able to supply electricity to our hospitals, factories, and transport networks. Without a continuous, reliable electricity supply, essential services will grind to a halt.

This is why nuclear power is the most logical partner with renewables.
