    Everything passed at the AGM! Dominic and his crew survive for another year of fleecing shareholders. How many more small shelf companies can they buy to extract extra management fees? Or will the company scrape home and avoid insolvency which they talk about many times in their notice of AGM.

    How much longer can this charade go on for is anyone's guess!!
