The manager of the New Zealand Cash Trust advises that as at close of
business on 1 December 2015 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or
allotted since 30 November 2015. The total number of units on issue on that
day was 41,803,936.

The asset backing for each New Zealand Cash Trust unit at close of business
on 01 December 2015 was $2.99862
