Further to the Company’s request for a trading halt on 30 November 2015, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Enerji Ltd hereby requests the immediate suspension of trading of it securities by the ASX.
The Company requests a voluntary suspension to provide additional time to finalise the capital raising as advised in its trading halt request.
It is expected that the suspension will cease upon the Company receiving final acceptance letters and releasing an announcement on completion of the capital raising. The Company requests the suspension to end at the commencement of trading on Monday 7 December 2015 or when the announcement is made, whichever is the earlier.
