I've been wondering about this myself. A trading halt can last only two days. However SHE is currently suspended pending the outcome of the voting to change company activity at the AGM and compliance with ASX Listing Rules Chapter's 1 & 2. Compliance with chapter's 1&2 includes the Directors having to submit documents to the ASX including financial audits for the last three years, explanations for the change they have made to convertible note conditions, accounts proving at least $3 million in net tangible assets or a MC greater than $10 million, and a stack of other documents. I don't think there is any clear limit to the suspension period that I can see. If this is correct I'm wondering if SHE might remain suspended until the offer closing date which is 14 December, or the proposed relisting date which is the 29th of December? I stand to be corrected on any of the above.
