    re: re : asic announcemnt Article in the WA papers today that ASIC has asked for a fine of $500,000 to be imposed, less than the maximum $1.2mil. CMQ has reportedly agreed that amount is appropriate. Judge likely to go with the agreed amount despite lack of remorse and contrition in CMQ announcement.
