That's just the point NTU does have a viable business plan as revealed in NTU announcement of 27 August 2015:-
the team has progressed study work on three initiatives that are expected to increase the Browns Range Project’s (the Project) competitiveness.
These initiatives are:
- modification of mining method; to reduce underground mining costs up to 40%
- increase in ore head grade; to deliver a 0.80 per cent total rare earth oxide (TREO) grade to the mill (up from 0.66%)
- removal of yttrium; up to 90% removed

The revised DFS has to be completed so the numbers communicate the viability of the project at current rare earth pricing - that's what the $17M from Jien was for, to take us through to the completion of the revised DFS
It’s only a matter of time before alternative funding is sourced.
The ultimate measure of a capable board is not how they deal with moments of comfort and convenience, but how they deal with times of challenge and controversy.
NTU has a very capable and experienced board, and once again will prove themselves when they resolve our current funding plight
