BHP should retreat to a country with sky-high wages?
Brazil or anywhere overseas is fine, just don't have a disaster that never needed to happen.
Whatever the engineers tell you is adequate safety measures, triple it, and do it for every mine you have around the world.
Will still be cheaper than one Samarco.
