Smart strategy in my opinion.
Won't take long for Optimal Payments to come sniffing around especially knowing the Head of Skrill is on board. The value of remittance in SE Asia is huge ($50B) and growing rapidly - however I suspect the goal is to capture a slice of the massive Indian market.
