Its a difficult situation of acquiring a company and raising capital.

DUO and CMY have both gone this in very different ways.

The ideal aim is to share the benefits to both current sh and future sh, but it does happen in theshort term.

I dont see a big initial jump in sp.

Actually the 4 mil sell order at .009 will be a strategic move by the company imho to keep the current sp contained.
If I could sell half of my holding at .01 today, I would take it.

Im no expert at anything, and certainly not shell companies. Just observations over the past 8 months.
