I agree Ultra, 4.5m shares at 60 cents is overly generous by any measure! Expect it will be a multi-dollar stock in two years time. As Warren Buffet says dilution is a very very expensive compensation arrangement as it forever takes from ordinary investors who's holdings are permanently diluted.
If it keeps happening year in and year out Mark could become a billionaire in ten years time and that's a billion we the people putting real money in will never see.
