You ask "what are the current patents, expiry, value etc"
The 2015 Annual Report (Full Year Statutory Accounts) at page 73 lists what they call 'Key Optiscan Patents'. Nineteen items are shown together with their expiry dates. No indication as to value. Included among the items is an "Electrically Operated Tuning Fork", this has an expiry date in June, 2020 and patents registered in seven countries. Don't know what that does in the medical field, it might be handy if the company is wound up at least we can go and have a good sing-along.

TUFFTECH - Re Martin Harris selling down his holding. I notice that in the 1998 Annual Report Martin is shown as being 54 years of age. So, all being well, now into his early 70's. There may be other reasons for selling other than getting fed up with the company.
