We knew an announcement on an acquisition was coming but had no idea how soon. And this news has surpassed anyone's expectations by a long shot. There's no way this announcement could've been factored into the price already. They have had regular good news over the last month or so which although may seem delayed has seen the share price steadily grow. It's just a shame the market has taken a hit overall today
