All I am saying is failure is likely to cause a cease of ops or something like that. Cne would need to tell the JV that.
Success - well they could couch that in a way which creates ambiguity.
It's a guess of mine but tight hole to me means the operator only knows what is going on and the JV would have signed into that.
Now you get my drift that far were likely to have no chance to raise funds for a cr based upon little knees during this campaign.
I know I receive criticism bit for one moment if anyone thinks far has an even seat at the table you r kidding yourself. Why else would the chairman have said Cn has a lot if mingrel in her or something like that! It's because very little is coming back the other way.
