pab is a valuable target for many big pharms and patry's management surely know this coz they have extensive contact with big players in the industry. Now that the company can survive without cr in the next 12 months the management may want to work out a solution for sm6 by themselves and realise a long-awaited big turnaround. if pab can live and accomplish the projects with a little moeny, the company would come out strong like csl. m&a should be the last resort.
