others have recently posted that DCG was good value at $1.20 now look at it. If revenue, margins, profit and cash are all falling with no turnaround in sight, the dividend can't be maintained. Plus the management that put them there are still getting huge salaries and bonuses while the headcount of people actually doing something for the business is savagely cut.

At least they have two CEOs looking out the window for acquisitions.
