The value of the assets is I believe mainly network construction costs.
Some have speculated that an offer of $4-5B for VHA is realistic.
That money would go straight to VHA. and pay its secured creditors which is Vodafone PLC and Hutchison whompoa Leaving $3-4B debt and nothing left for the listed entity HTA
I hope you can see the problem
To get rid of the debt the sale price must be more than $8.1B and that number has been increasing as debts continue.
