There were probably a dozen predictions. The media make these predictions every couple of months. I ignore all predictions. No one knows the future.
Instead, choose your own signal. Mine is the spot price above $40, followed by a higher low. Only after that would I seriously entertain the idea that the Uranium price might be recovering.
