I would suggest holding on for a better offer. I will have to take a loss regardless, I bought when it was under Cortona at 20cents a share. I will not describe my feelings on how this board has conducted the business since then, the share price drop speaks more than my rantings. To coin a phrase they are "sitting on a huge gold mine "at Dargues and me thinks it is worth more in the long run than a pultry 2.9cents. My advice would be to reject the offer sack the board and get some newbies in who can run this company properly but I bet "bucklys and none" that will happen.. Lots of people bought at 1-2cents a share, giving much profit for those lucky campers!
