It would seem that Ferrovial wants BRS/TSE badly since they're left it a considerable time to make another offer, i didnt see any other news of Ferrovial making any offers to buy any other services organizations in Aust.

Balance Sheet of Transfield at least $100m better than 12 months ago. Transfield can do a share buyback to support share price.
