Yer site opens on my android so my PC windows 7 seems to be the problem although contacts link goes to Oop's you've found a dead link on both
The agreement could go either way applabs giving exclusive rights for use of one of their app, software etc. or it could be applabs gaining exclusive rights over another companies asset.
With applabs being so versatile in the services they offer I'll be very interested to see what it is.
