    I don't think that I will be voting for it either.
    I was reading not too long ago somewhere that PYBAR made an offer for a west Australian gold miner I think.
    that offer was way too low also and a counter offer came in doubling it but the board of the company that was being taken over was rejecting this counter offer.
    sounds like they really like playing this sort of game.
