Vmoto are due to complete a re-negotiation of their PowerEagle contract by the end of the month. The original contract was valued at ~$81 million.
As Vmoto were successful delivering on the contract, many are expecting the contract to be renewed, perhaps at higher margins and volumes.
AFD also suggested a merger of the two was a possibility given the length of the negotiation and the frequent meeting of company heads.
