question re t/a

i am fairly new to all this and want to ask someone who knows :

if ADZ continues its ST upward trend and makes it to 1.57 - would that be considered a cup and handle ? and if it were to break out upwards would you expect it to find resistance fairly quickly at $1.80 ?
