This time the Board has to come up with their plan for BRS. No point saying we are operating in a challenging environment.
I think the only issue that BRS Ferrovial takeover has to contend with is the High Court challenge to government power to operate offshore detention centres. Money is no object to Ferrovial. They will pay more if BRS outlook is excellent.
