Only Weeks ago punters were worried even if Star Striker was going to be a Tech, Now it's confirmed by MW himself its aTech and still ppl aren'happy, In current Tech environment Blue Sky Tech IMO maybe worth 5-7m, 1.5m cash straight up further CR and kazillions of performance Shares, More performance Shares and ops the better IMO instead of Heads. MW's the man to put the deal together.
