IF the Rights Issue is NOT supported by the Register Big Boys TOP 50 FIFTY Shareholders then GMP can get out of the $4mil underwrite by evoking the Index fall clause. IMO such clause could also be used to Limit Underwrite from $4mil to say $3 milish perhaps,maybe.
The Main Thing is that this Rights Issue required the Company to issue Info/Confirmation of any and all Risk Factors in Shares generally and Specifically in Triton.
