    Well I'm out, got my monies back and a little more on this latest upturn, been very disillusioned with MGY for too many years, I bought in for the Graphite story but they sold it off and showed no interest in moving forward other than kicking rocks. . . .

    I hope for remaining shareholders this new plan works.
