I wonder if anyone has more details on the "cancellation" of the shares on the loan, and re-issue? I am guessing that the majority shareholders borrowed money from the company to buy the stock at higher price, and they cancel the shares and just reissue it at lower price?
Anyway, they claim they will be breaking even this year, which is the same thing they said 2 years ago. We'll just continue to suffer and see.
