    I personally believe Brad did a great Job.
    IMO he wasn't removed because he wasn't performing.

    He was removed because in the boards eyes they believe GH has more experience and can take TON further etc.

    Again it doesn't mean Brad did a bad Job.
    You gotta remember at one stage TON was so far behind SYR, and I don't mean as in the SP.
    I mean with off takes and fundamentals.
