My sense (gut feel) is all funding is linked. Taurus want the expansion to drive down costs.
IFC can fund expansion but not ongoing financial restructure.

Chicken and egg.

IFC require sustainability - long term view of likely Copper pricing over 17 year mine life would be promising.
Here's hoping theses experienced board members take a long term view!
