    With the companies biggest share holder Mr Wallin steadily increasing his holding to try and do a private take over, a board and management well and truely in his back pocket. I can not see smc ever getting to production as a publicly listed company. Hope I'm wrong as I still have 10k of shares in this pup. Good luck to all holders
