Black Peter you are right on the money. I questioned the massive goodwill 'asset' on the balance sheet several months ago and was called stupid. Combine 1. paying way too much for City Farmers and 2. City Farmers has performed poorly under Petbarn's management and this company has a real problem on its hands. This company is in real trouble.
