Guys, 2 IPO's this week taught me a good lesson. We have to watch out for " FREE " shares allocated to LPE directors / founders / owners as those could sell them straight at open. MEA's pre-float owner Mc Grath crashed the sp regardless of about 18 % loss and today Milan crashed its own holding in TPW by 30 %.

We have to read the anns very carefully to spot if there could be a similar scenario. The share market is a brutal place and the phrase " Nothing personal mate, just business " won't help those affected.
