Dragon's Orivesi environmental permit denied

Yesterday Dec 9.2015 it was a major news in Finland that the permit authority
LSSAVI has denied the environmental permit of Dragon Mining in Orivesi
and requires a plan for closing ofthe mine.
With regard to owners in ASX there may be two questions:

1) Where is **promotion blocked** release of this decission by Dragon, which
was known already yesterday in FInland?

2) Has Dragon managed to inform owners correctly about the  very
bad an  in Finland publicly known environmentel situation in Orivesi?

Orivesi mine is the other major operational mine of Dragon in Finland,
and even if Dragon appeals and could slow down the the closing process
in administrative courts (two levels possibly 2 years, speculated in Finnish
media), the end of Orivesi is coming and substantial costs of shutting
down of the mine. There is lots of waste harming the environment and possibly
two lakes with spoiled layered waters and sediments

Ratkaisu
Länsi- ja Sisä-Suomen aluehallintovirasto hylkää ympäristölupahakemuksen ja hakemuksen sekoittumisvyöhykkeen määräämiseksi.
Toiminnanharjoittajan on viimeistään kuuden kuukauden kuluttua tämän pää-töksen lainvoimaiseksi tulosta esitettävä aluehallintovirastolle yksityiskohtai-nen suunnitelma vesiensuojelua, maaperänsuojelua ja jätehuoltoa koskevista kaivoksen sulkemiseen liittyvistä toimista. Suunnitelmaan tulee sisältyä kai-voksen jälkihoito- ja maisemointisuunnitelma sekä jälkitarkkailusuunnitelma. Kuivatusvesien neutralointia ja flokkausta sekä toiminnan tarkkailua on jatket-tava kunnes sulkemisesta ja alueen jälkihoidosta on annettu lainvoimainen päätös.

Solution
The regional Administrative Office of West and Inner Finlands disqualifies the applivcation for envoronmentla permit and the application for mixing zone.
The applicant has to provide  latest within 6 month after this decission getting legally binding (i.e. after possible appeals in administrative court) to the office a detailed plan for closing down the mine with regard to water protection, land protection, waste management. The plan shall include the after care plan and landscaping plan of the mine and the plan for environmental follow up inspection. The neutralization of the drainage waters and flocking and inspection of the activities should continiued until the decission of theclosing down of the mine and after care decission will be legally in force (binding).
