If any authority is looking at this fiasco, perhaps Showman's sale of 2.22m shares at $1 to a "Family Super Fund" in March 2011 just before the PFS bombshell is worth examination. Pretty good "family super fund" with $2.2m in cash to pay for the shares. (Please don't suggest he "contributed" the shares .... excess contributions tax on top of the CGT he had to pay on the $2.2m with almost zero cost??)
That was a month after his dad rushed for the exit with 4m odd shares in "his" super fund. Lots of volume above $1 around that time. Family Super Fund?
All on the record. Just saying it's worth a close look .... if anyone's looking.
