My toyota has had it's three fixed price services and is [not really] due for it's next and they rang to make an appointment. I said no thanks and told them of a major issue that arose that they didn't give a rats' about. [They rotated dangerous tyres] They were polite and we parted agreeing not to do further business.
I have just received this email:
They are telling me that because I chose NOT to use their overpriced, substandard service I will regret it, I'm not being entered into their comp. Boo hoo. You know what? I dongivashit!
