Ring Marat or Grant at Boss. Been doing their DD on the project for over 18 months coincidently right when uranium was in the $20s. This hasn't been a fly by decision. From what I'm told is a lot of the commisioning issues had been ironed out or had solutions but the Russians didn't want to spend any money to solve it. Focus was in Kazahkstan.
