This asset appears to be valued at $13,000,000 as at Dec 2013 in fund's investor update dated May 2014.
Looks like NTA backing a unit was then $0.60.
According to the financial report, the new valuation as at 28 June 2014 is $7,800,000.
NTA backing unit $0.18 cents as at 30 June 2015.
Property values down , and to me it looks like unit value disappearing at nearly twice the speed ! !
That must have been a shock for investors !
Will be most interesting to see the outcome .
Does anyone have any info how investors ended up in the Rimcorp No 3 Fund?
