Nup just hate small public companies being used as a salary for someone!! No one has fallen on his sword for the total f##k ups at this company and to sell almost all their shareholding prior to the announcement is as bad as it gets (and to put a ton of salt and acid on the wound give yourself a payrise) and the good shareholders wear it!
