This is what I hate about public companies. The management everywhere thinks that doing their job requires incentive. The incentive should be that they have a job to do....and then they should do it. And there should be incentive enough that they will lose their job and reputations should they perform miserably.
But that seldom, if ever, happens.
IT is a boys club .... and everyone is a member....and so they all see the benefits of upholding the status quo. Freebies are normal.

I would like to see a 'commander' having to buy shares at market price as a condition of his employment. hahaha.
sorry ...not really stock related conversation...just like to see my thoughts in words.
