I think it's all been summarised on here but just a few key points for me.

Cook Medical - most likely to provide short term revenue streams then other collaborations.

DIASource- If 2015 numbers were used to value the target then ADO would be paying $30million AUD.....deal was priced on '14 numbers.

Earn out- GC made it very clear that he wants to pay every dollar of the $7.2nillion as that would mean that DIASource have achieved revenue growth targets as well as maintain impressively high margin rates.

GC was asked whether any further announcements would take place between now and the closing date of the RI....his answer was very interesting....he said that everything material was out there however there is news that he can somewhat 'manage'....he saw no benefit in making that public whilst we undertake the CR....what was interesting though was that he wanted to 'reward' those that have committed to underwriting (and sub underwriting).....in other words he doesn't want to provide any further incentive to shareholders(the 7.5c is his gift to us) to undertake their full entitlement...I think he is welcoming the shortfall.

On the CN....haven't put pen to the paper but the acquisition is a done deal....I can't be any more emphatic then that.....even if the Canadians pull out GC made it clear that there is an alternative

My advice for what it's worth....this SP will head north very quickly when this is formalised...I would rather shareholders be rewarded with the expected appreciation then those with deeper pockets who are underwriting....take your entitlement!!!!

One last point....once all done and dusted ADO will report their Full Year Earnings in Feb which will include DIAsources 2015 numbers.

Please correct me if I got this wrong

Geoff was asked if the $500000 from POC1 had been paid
He said that half had been paid and POC1 had wanted more work done and they now have 3 Anteo people working with POC1
The work is nearly finished and Geoff expects the balance of the money to then be paid.

He also said that Anteo have a good working relationship with BBI and are working with then currently.
