As I indicated about a week ago, I still believe the lack of operating permit is what's holding back the share price. Once granted, coupled with the pipeline of news in the next 3-6 months, we will see a sustained rally in the share price. In fact, I can see mid to high 30's just from the issuing of the operating licence - it appears to be the "missing link" & our gateway to cashflow. My thoughts for what they're worth.
