Just another comment from reading this thread after being away - there IS of course native title that applies to our project. No sites have been located during surveys but an agreement will be required from the Native Title Claim group to allow mining on the new Mining Lease application area. For the benefit of @ozblue - this is actually advantage PLS again over AJM as they can use the existing granted MLs as leverage in negotiations with the Native Title Group for a new agreement. (i.e, they can include the granted MLs in the new agreement as a guesture of goodwill)
