    Some of these low volume sells are pure manipulation eg multiple 10 heads at .046. And 1's in the low .05's
    I hope they are filled before they can take them off so brokerage costs hit them hard!
    Buyer manipulation however has decreased and instead is just a waiting line for silly sellers.
    Buy up or risk the jump on good ANN IMO
