I took a look at the MDR prospectus today to try and understand the business model.
A company called Macmillan Gold and Associates Pty Ltd (ACN 166 795 277) has exclusive rights to sign GPs in NSW and SA subject to performance targets and associated performance rights. They're being offered up to 50m shares if they hit their targets.
I couldn't find any information about who they are or why they have any expertise WRT GPs.
So my question: who are MMR and why are they the right group to develop the GP revenue stream?
